Bill Satterly has over 31 plus years experience in nutritional supplements and conducts scheduled health consultations educating consumers as to the latest products best suited to your individual needs.

Bill started working in the health food industry as a means of personal improvement.  Over time he transformed from a steak and potatoes kind of guy to vegan (no meat, eggs, or dairy). He began taking vitamins, minerals and herbal supplements.  Soon after Bill began making these changes he was amazed by the great boost in his energy levels and how much better he felt physically.

Bill said “After witnessing this change first hand, I was motivated to learn more and to share that knowledge with others looking for a healthier lifestyle.  What started as a personal quest to feel my best became a life-long mission to learn the latest breakthroughs in functional nutrition in order to educate others so they can have a better quality of life.”

Roxanna – has been with Cause & Effect for 11 plus years and has several noted qualifications.

I moved here from California and found the vegetables and fruits here were lacking and much more expensive. One of the first things I always do is search out a health food store and anybody I asked gave me Bill Satterly’s name. I shopped with Bill for several years and would have to wait in long lines to get to talk with him, everybody wanted to talk to Bill.   Anyone that ever talks to Bill feels his passion and care for his customers.

I got to know Bill and soon learned his passion was to help both individuals and pets. One day I met his wife April, who is also an avid animal lover, when saving a kitten. Bill and April both shared a life long passion to build and operate a non-profit pet clinic in Sevierville.  

Our love of animals lead me to being asked to work at Cause & Effect. Bill not only helped me with keeping my animals healthy, he helped with my 92 year old mother suffering from severe joint pain. Bill provided my mother with several helpful suggestions and she is now able to stay at home with me, very comfortably.

Julie – her first year with Cause & Effect and customers simply adore her. 

Julie said, like the other employees I too had similar experiences.  I was, at first, skeptical until my daughter had a health problem in 1987.  After expensive medication, that was only a temporary fix, I was referred to Bill by a friend.  Bill didn’t put a band-aid on the problem, his assistance completely fixed the problem.   I was sold and have been a customer ever since.

I already have a very busy schedule, but felt working at C & E would be a benefit to me because of the knowledge Bill has and what I can learn from him.
